Bärenjäger, the original honey liqueur, holds a national bartender competition for the best Bärenjäger cocktail recipe. There are two winners in this competition: the crowd favorite and the grand prize winner. The crowd favorite, selected by popular vote of guests in attendance, receives $1,000 and bragging rights. The grand prize winner also receives $1,000, along with an all-expense paid trip for two to Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany.

Bärenjäger's third annual bartender competition, held at The Tippler, was won by Katie Loeb of Philadelphia, PA. Katie won over the judges with her cocktail Barenberry Mule.
